Size yakin mekanlari bulmak, kisisellestirilmis planlar olusturmak ve Iz Modu'nda hatira ekleme/goruntuleme icin gerekli 100 metre yakinlik kontrolunu yapmak icin cihazinizin konumunu kullaniriz. Konum verisi yalnizca bu islemler sirasinda kullanilir ve sunucularimizda kalici olarak saklanmaz.
Kayit oldugunuzda e-posta adresinizi toplarz. Bu bilgi yalnizca kimlik dogrulama icin kullanilir.
Uygulama icinde tamamladiginiz planlar, ziyaret ettiginiz mekanlar, kredi islemleri, seri verileri ve tercihleriniz gibi istatistiksel veriler sunucularimizda (Supabase) guvenli olarak saklanir. Son planlarin bir kopyasi da cihazinizda yerel olarak tutulur.
Iz Modu'nda (Trace Mode) bir mekana foto veya kisa not bicimindeki hatiralar birakabilirsiniz. Bu icerikler, mekanin koordinati ile birlikte Supabase Storage'da saklanir. Icerigi "herkese acik" olarak isaretlerseniz, yalnizca o mekana fiziksel olarak (100 metre icinde) yaklasan diger kullanicilar tarafindan goruntulenebilir. "Ozel" olarak birakirsaniz yalnizca siz goruntuleyebilirsiniz. Her paylasim anonim olarak gosterilir — adiniz veya profiliniz diger kullanicilara gosterilmez.
Iz Modu'na yukledigniz her fotograf ve not, depoya kaydedilmeden once Anthropic Claude yapay zeka modeline gonderilerek otomatik icerik denetiminden gecirilir. Bu denetim; ciplakllik, siddet, nefret soylemi, kisisel bilgi sizdirma (doxxing) ve spam tespitini amaclar. Uygun bulunmayan icerikler sistemde kaydedilmeden reddedilir. Denetim icin gonderilen fotograf veya not Anthropic tarafindan kalici olarak saklanmaz; yalniza an lik siniflandirma icin islenir (Anthropic API ile gonderilen veriler varsayilan olarak model egitimi icin kullanilmaz).

Uygulamamiz kredi bazli bir sistem kullanmaktadir. Kullanicilar plan olusturmak icin kredi harcar. Her yeni kullaniciya 3 ucretsiz kredi verilir. Ek krediler uygulama ici satin alma yoluyla satin alinabilir.
Istatistiksel veriler cihazinizda yerel olarak saklanir. Hesap bilgileriniz Supabase tarafindan guvenli bir sekilde yonetilir. Konumunuz sunucularimizda kalici olarak saklanmaz.
Verilerinizi korumak icin endustri standartlarinda guvenlik onlemleri uygulamaktayiz. Tum iletisimler HTTPS uzerinden sifrelenmis olarak gerceklesir.

Thank you for using the napim application ("App"). This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
We use your device's location to find nearby places, generate personalized plans, and enforce the 100-meter proximity check required to add or unlock Trace Mode memories. Location data is only used during these operations and is not permanently stored on our servers.
When you register, we collect your email address. This information is used solely for authentication purposes.
Statistical data such as completed plans, visited venues, credit transactions, streak data, and preferences are securely stored on our servers (Supabase). A copy of recent plans is also kept locally on your device.
In Trace Mode you can leave photo or short-note memories at real venues. This content — along with the venue coordinates — is stored in Supabase Storage. If you mark a memory as public, it can only be viewed by other users who physically visit the same venue (within 100 meters). If you keep it private, only you can see it. All public memories are displayed anonymously — your name and profile are never shown to other users.
Every photo and note you upload to Trace Mode is sent to the Anthropic Claude AI model for automated content moderation before it is stored. This moderation screens for nudity, violence, hate speech, personal information / doxxing, and spam. Content that fails the check is rejected and never saved. Photos and notes sent for moderation are not permanently retained by Anthropic — they are processed only for the classification call (data submitted through the Anthropic API is, by default, not used to train models).

These services have their own privacy policies. By uploading a photo or note in Trace Mode you acknowledge that the content will be forwarded to Anthropic for moderation; if you do not accept this, the content will not be uploaded.
Our app uses a credit-based system. Users spend credits to generate plans. Every new user receives 3 free credits. Additional credits can be purchased through in-app purchases.
Statistical data is stored locally on your device. Account information is securely managed by Supabase. Your location is not permanently stored on our servers.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. All communications are encrypted via HTTPS.
